What it does

From first gym day to confident training

Open it and follow. Every session is planned, every movement is shown, and you level up as you go.

Just open and follow

A step-by-step warm-up, workout and cardio, laid out for you every day. No planning required.

See every exercise

Animated demonstrations for all 76 movements, so you always know exactly what to do and how.

Level up like a game

Five levels take you from day one to advanced, adding just enough as you get stronger.

Built for real beginners

It assumes you have never trained before and never makes you feel behind for it.

A plan, not a library

Instead of a wall of exercises to figure out yourself, you get today's session, ready to start.

Encouraging, never pushy

Progress you can feel, with none of the guilt-trip streak mechanics fitness apps love.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Is this good for a complete beginner?

Yes, that is exactly who it is for. It assumes no experience and shows every exercise as an animation so you always know what to do.

Do I need equipment?

The plan is built around standard beginner gym movements, each demonstrated so you can follow along at your own pace.

How does levelling work?

There are five levels. Keep completing sessions and the app moves you up, adding a little more as you get stronger.

Is it out yet?
